Proceed up our winding staircase to the second floor landing for our four well appointed and comfortable private rooms. Each uniquely themed suite includes its own private bath, sitting area, pair of luggage stands and an antique Armoire.


The first to greet you is the Westlake Room. Bright and airy, the Westlake Room boasts a queen size bed facing a large window overlooking the front yard and Pleasant Street. Relax in your own comfortable sitting area or just lounge on the big, inviting bed for a memorable stay.

If you like the view of pines and greenery then try our Evergreen Room. Nestled into the pines, the Evergreen Room gives one the feeling and comfort of being in the mountains of Northern Arizona and away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The Evergreen Room is often a favorite getaway for many people visiting Prescott.

Strolling back down stairs and through the newly decorated parlor room you can find our Swan Suite. The Swan Suite has tall ceilings, it's own bath and a private sitting room. After a restful sleep on a comfortable queen size bed, relax in your own private sitting room with wall to wall windows to let the warm sun in. The sitting room also features a convertible sofa couch that can be used for extra sleeping space for small families.

Our largest upstairs room, the Willow Lake Room is appointed in warm browns and soft tans. Spread out on the soft queen size bed or move over to the sitting area tucked into a large bay window, with a view of the southern mountains and the back yard.

The last suite on the second floor is the Garden View Room. This floral and brightly decorated, quaint suite boasts two windows that overlook the back yard and our bright and colorful, hand nurtured garden that yearns for spring time to burst with a colorful palette of flowers.
